Where to find your Job UUID?

Your Job UUID was sent to your email when processing started. Look for:

  • The "Processing Started" email
  • The "Your Video is Ready" email
  • The status link in any of these emails

Note: UUIDs are case-insensitive and contain letters and numbers separated by dashes.
