How do I cut an MP3 online?

Does cutting reduce the sound quality?
Not if you choose the same format as the original: the audio is copied without re-encoding. Saving as MP3 decodes and re-encodes the clip at 192 kbps, which sounds the same to most listeners.

Saving as MP3 cuts exactly where you chose. Keeping the original format cuts on the nearest audio frame, which for MP3 is within about 26 milliseconds.
