Video bytes stay on your device in this browser tool. SqueezeVid receives usage metadata to manage allowances and failures. Optional cloud processing is a separate route that requires an upload.
Can I compress video offline?
Yes — once the page has loaded, compression runs locally and does not need an active upload. Your file is processed on your own machine.
How is this different from Clideo, FreeConvert, or VEED?
